Download the source bundle, extract it, then run Start VDAI.command on Mac or Start VDAI.cmd on Windows. The launcher checks requirements and guides you through setup.

Requires Docker Desktop, Node 24.5+ and pnpm 11.19; Windows also needs Git Bash. Account creation and OAuth need your approval. This is not a signed installer or an invitation to the shared team.
